About Lauri
Lauri Miller joined Member’s 1st Investment Services and Wealth Management in May 2017 as an Administrative Assistant. She brought over 14 years of financial industry experience, having started with Santander in 2010. In 2018, Lauri began supporting a Wealth Advisor with appointment scheduling, client maintenance and servicing. She was promoted to her current role as Members 1st Investment Services Operations Manager in March 2022. In this role, she oversees a team of Investment Assistants and manages the program's day-to-day operations, including commissions, reporting, events, onboarding new hires, compliance and marketing.
Prior to her role at Members 1st Investment Services and Wealth Management, Lauri worked for 20 years at Lifetime Brands (formerly Susquehanna Pfaltzgraff Co.), where she held the role of Customer Service Manager for her last 10 years with the company.
Lauri earned a Business Administration certification from Penn State in 1998. She enjoyed supporting her children's involvement in Scouts, serving as the leader for Girl Scouts Troup #67 and as treasurer for Boy Scout Pack #67.
Lauri has three children: a stepson who lives nearby and a son and daughter in Florida. She and her husband share their home with a Golden Retriever, Jake, who’s always eager for treats. In her free time, Lauri enjoys visiting with her family, thrifting, relaxing on her front porch to watch deer, birds, and other wildlife, and caring for her elderly mother.
